Help your visitors want to sign up for your services
Today’s homeowners don’t like to get the hard sell when visiting your website. It is better to “help them to buy.” So make sure your website allows them to find the specifics they want to know about you, your firm, past projects, customer reviews and more.
One thing to keep in mind when designing or redesigning your website is that navigation should be clear and intuitive. The site should function properly and the content copy should be helpful and informational rather than a sounding like a sales pitch.
Your website must also make it easy for the visitor to contact you. All phone and fax numbers, mailing address, web forms, and an e-mail address links are all ways to help visitors “buy” from you.
